An office manager in our clinic should be the type of person who will have the natural ability to support and help team members embrace their duties and assist in providing extraordinary patient care. This is a supervisory role responsible for overseeing and managing all daily operations and staff in the clinic. They are responsible for supervising and training staff members in company policies and procedures. The office manager will hire, schedule, and evaluate staff, as well as direct, supervise, and handle any situation that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor budget and billing authorizations and payment.
· Order medical and office supplies, track inventory.
· Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
· Encourage, support, and supervise office staff.
· Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback as needed.
· Early identification of gaps in staff and management of discipline as needed.
· Track and approve PTO for staff, making sure all positions are covered.
· Ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted services for patients in the clinic.
· Manage and maintain medical and staff records.
· Address customer needs and provide conflict resolution.
· Report to Clinical Director, meet KPI’s and KRA’s.

Qualifications/Certifications:
· Two years of medical office management experience managing 2 or more employees.
· Two years of customer service experience.
· Medical office reception experience preferred.
· Health insurance experience preferred.
· Must have the ability to commute or have reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
