Pinnacle Health & Rehab, located in Canton, is seeking dynamic and highly motivated licensed team member. Our 66 bed Assisted Living facility offers a long-term care in a caring environment. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday. The person in this position is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of a clinical team. The position involves a high level of collaboration with direct care workers and all ancillary departments. Applicants must have an active Maine nursing license.

 Vaccinations must be up-to-date and proof provided prior to hire
