Pinnacle North Berwick is seeking a passionate, energetic, and strong customer-oriented Activities Aide. The Activities Aide is responsible for assisting the Activities Director in coordinating and conducting all internal and external resident activities. This includes assisting with creating the monthly activity calendar, evaluating resident preferences and guiding activity programs to meet their needs. The Activities Aide will be required to safely drive the community van for activity outings and medical appointments.
Qualifications:
1. Maine Driver License with a good driving record
2. Must be 21 years of age or older
4. Ability to lift 50 pounds
5. Current CPR or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
6. Excellent communication skills
Other Duties:
1. Establishes and maintains communication with residents and coworkers to improve quality of service and customer satisfaction.
2. Transports residents inside and outside of the facility to designated areas in a punctual and timely manner.
4. Respects and protects resident and facility confidentiality by keeping all sensitive and resident information private.
5. Follows all protocols and procedures to ensure the safe delivery of residents.
6. Regularly participates in ongoing education to improve knowledge and skills.
