We are seeking a reliable, bubbly and customer-oriented Dental Front Desk Agent and Office Manager to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- High Knowledge on Insurance Breakdowns and Verifications (OON and In Network)
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient's inquiries promptly
- Handle patient's complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Agent is a MUST (2 yrs Min)
- Proficient in using computer systems, Dentrix
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 – 40 per week
