As our Junior Care Coordinator-Home Health Sales Apprentice you will assist your assigned Senior Care Coordinator, Marketing Representatives and Office Personnel where needed. You will be responsible for marketing and maintaining accounts in Collier, County, while learning Pinnacle Home Care's protocols and standards for driving exceptional business.

This is role with the ability for growth into a Care Coordinator position within a 6-to-12-month time frame. As you will strive to learn the business of home health care as well as Pinnacle Home Cares; Mission, Vision, Values, and expectancy.

As part of our Dynamic Sales Team, you will:
-Call on Physicians, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Rehabilitation Facilities (Discharge Planning/Case Management Department) within your assigned territory to promote the sale of designated service lines.
-Conduct pre-discharge hospital or other facility visits at the physicians' request and upon receiving physician orders to make a preliminary determination of the need/eligibility for home care.
-Documents patient demographic, clinical, and payer information on company-approved forms and works with managers to process referral
-Maintain detailed territory list, prioritize accounts in accordance with the market/territory sales plan.
-Maintain detailed territory management systems records
-Compile, communicate, and execute best practices in the field.
-Help develop new ideas, protocols, and efficiencies for maximizing marketing resources to grow market share.
-Develop market-specific sales strategies to generate new business
-Strive to learn and understand the Pinnacle way of generating new business leads.
-Assist RDS and Senior Care Coordinator in any other task as needed

A few things that you will need:
-Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
-Communication skills; Clear and effective.
-Ability to travel to orientation, meetings and training.
-Flexibility with schedule and availability to attend after-hours events.
-Competent with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Ability to learn and effectively use other business software programs
-This position requires that the employee is willing and able to meet the physical requirements as necessary.
