Description/Job Summary
The management training program has been established to assist management in filling executive and supervisory positions within the Bank of Colorado Bank and to permit a trainee to absorb a wide range of banking activities to fully familiarize him or herself with the total operation of a bank in a relatively short period of time. The training is scheduled to run from twelve to eighteen months depending on the progress of the trainee and availability of the trainers.

Knowledge of bank operations, products, and policies.
Knowledge of lending practices and principles.
Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and principles
Required Education
College degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related area.
