**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Barback to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

**Duties:**

· Restocking glasses and other supplies needed to make drinks

· Maintaining a clean space throughout their shift

· Performing tasks to support the bartender and other staff members

· Stocking the bar, keeping areas clean, preparing garnishes, organizing supplies, and supporting other bar staff

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Support bussing and help maintain overall cleanliness of the bar

- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor

- Knowledge of basic drink preparation and service

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of bar equipment and cocktail recipes

- Hospitality-driven mindset with attention to detail
