Responsibilities:
- Perform eyelash extension services according to client preferences and specifications
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their desired look
- Apply individual eyelash extensions using safe and sanitary techniques
- Ensure proper adhesive application and lash placement for optimal results
- Provide aftercare instructions and recommendations to clients for maintaining their eyelash extensions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash industry
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of eyelash extension techniques and products
- Proficiency in other beauty services such as hair extensions, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, makeup application, or dermal fillers is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage appointments and maintain a professional front desk presence
