Job Description:

•Administer medications and treatment in an accurate and timely manner to residents in accordance with physician’s orders.

•Monitor and document effectiveness of treatment and medication.

•Provide emergency care to residents when necessary.

•Always maintain a courteous and professional appearance.

•Follow facility policy and procedures as outlined in Employee Handbook.

Skills and Qualifications:

•Valid LPN License

•Valid CPR Certification

•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

•Excellent attention to detail

•Ability to carefully read and follow directions

•Flexibility in work duties and schedule

Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Current LPN License/CPR Certification
