About PRO/CPRO: We are a non-profit trade organization which provides an array of real estate-related programs, products, and services to help make our 10,000 REALTOR® members and 600 Affiliate Business Partner members more profitable and productive. This includes professional development and education, legislative advocacy efforts, charitable outreach, networking opportunities, and more.

About the Position: Under the direction of the Vice President of Communications, this person uses their talent and skills to create visually appealing and engaging designs to support the association's marketing and communications efforts. This position involves working with multiple teams (education, public policy, global real estate, etc.) to ensure the association's brand is consistent across all platforms and communications. The ideal candidate should have rudimentary to intermediate video production and editing experience, and have a strong portfolio that demonstrates technical proficiency and a solid understanding of design principles. Your office computer can be your choice of an iMac or PC. Only a basic home pc laptop will be provided for working from home days.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, our bi-monthly magazine, flyers, signage, and other marketing collateral.

* Use a DSLR or equivalent digital camera and related equipment to produce simple testimonial/media style videos, still images, mographs, and other media.

*Maintain and uphold the association's brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms and communications.

* Work closely with the Vice President of Communications and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

* Assist in creating and updating content for the association's website and other digital platforms.

* Design materials for association events, such as signage, invitations, and promotional items.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

* At least 2 years of experience in graphic design in a marketing or communications environment

* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite

* Familiarity with basic video production: Camera, lighting, green screen, audio capturing, editing.

* Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere editing skills is preferred. Understanding of After Effects expressions and being able to edit existing templates is a plus.

* Must showcase a range of design work, including digital and print materials

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet or exceed deadlines

* A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality work

* Knowledge of HTML is a plus, but not a requirement

Bonus Skills:
* Recording/editing skills (e.g. Abode Audition)

* PowerPoint, spreadsheet expressions

* Editing custom CSS and JavaScript. Understanding WordPress and basic plugins. Familiarity with SEO, meta tags, and how websites are hosted and maintained. Knowing Elementor is a big plus.

* Familiarity with the limitations and potentials of different imprinting types and media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,500.00 - $59,500.00 per year
