What will you do as a PMC Clinical Trials Coordinator

Under direction of the Clinical Trials supervising physician and manager, maintain study database, study patients and all related applications and documentation.

A day in the life of a PMC Clinical Trials Coordinator may include:

Screen, recruit, coordinate and carry out the enrollment of patients into research studies.
Coordinate and carry out clinical follow-up of study participants. Perform study procedures as required by study sponsor.
Monitor patients’ according to study protocol.
Maintain contact with patients to assure patient safety and proper follow-up; work with the physicians regarding study protocol; communicates with patients’ physician regarding progress, events, or questions.
Enter and verify receipt of investigational drug and study supplies information regarding research study into computer database; maintains and organizes patient study files.
Coordinate communications with sponsor’s, CRO’s, Investigators, patients, and other agencies or study staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an approved RN or LPN program, or High School Diploma/GED and prior experience in a Research Coordinator role.

Preferred Qualifications

One (1) to three (3) years' experience in coordinating clinical trials preferred.
Phlebotomy or IV starts experience preferred.

Shift: Day Shift (Monday through Friday) no weekends or holidays
Pay Type: Hourly (Non-Exempt)
