Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage guest reservations and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Cleaning is a HUGE part of the job so please only apply if you love to clean!
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide recommendations for classes, workshops, training, memberships and other purchases
- Assist with class pack and membership sales as well as the conversion of trial students into membership.

Cleaning all areas of the studio daily as well as maintaining our deep clean schedule

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a gym, fitness, or studio setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

-Ability to work alone and be self-motivated

-Preferred Mindbody and WIX expereince.
