Here is the job description below:

Sales Associate Job responsibilities*:

• Processing online orders.
• Ensuring each customer is welcomed into the store.
• Staying knowledgeable about brands/sizing.
• Suggestive selling/outfitting customers.
• Ensuring store standards are maintained on a daily basis. (Merchandising, light cleaning, etc.)
• Occasional posting to the brand’s social media during shifts/creating fun content.
• Processing sales on the POS register.
• Processing freight.

Salary/Benefits:

• Hourly rate of $_15_____ paid via direct deposit on a weekly basis.
• Unlimited 30 % off merchandise discount. (ex. Sale and gift cards)
• Flexible scheduling

Working Hours:

• Scheduled shifts for a sales associates will fall between the timeframe of 9am –8pm, Sunday through Saturday.
• Any scheduled shifts outside of the aforementioned timeframe will be discussed in advance with the associate before scheduling.
• Part time sales associates will work up to 20 hours per week, unless discussed in advance.
