Camp Hala Kahiki at Pineapple Cove Academy is looking for individuals who love working with children in a great atmosphere. Our ideal candidate must be caring, loving, organized, have good leadership skills, and be dependable. Experience would be preferred, but not required. Salary is determined based on the individual’s education and experience in the field.

We are looking for individuals to join our team for our seasonal summer camp program. All applicants will have the option to join one of our esteemed preschools after the summer has concluded. Applicants will need to have a strong passion for working with children, have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, willing to learn, be flexible and work in a team driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a positive and safe camp environment.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of the campers at camp, and on various field trips in the community
• Lovingly attend to the camper's daily needs.
• Follow daily camp schedule

Qualifications:

• Must be able to easily transition from floor to table activities with ease frequently throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Must be able to pass a Level II background screening.
• Must be available to work any time between 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Mondays-Fridays.
