ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pine View Buildings Location Sales

• Manage all sales for Statesville Factory Sales Office
• Respond to incoming sales leads from Website
• Assist walk in Customers
• Process incoming customer delivery calls
• Delivery to-do’s
• Inventory monthly reconciliation

Requirements for this Position

• You are an organizational powerhouse. You need to be a master of logistics, planning, and coordination. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

Prior Experience In

• Internal or external sales
• Ability to lead a future team of 1-2 people
• Inside sales: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Social Media Marketing a PLUS! ​

Compensation : 3.5% Commission on gross sales for the lot, plus $500 weekly salary

Salary : $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. You are driving the sales and the earning potential is what YOU make it!
