-Perform routine maintenance tasks

-Respond promptly to emergency repair and resident/management requests
-Grounds, Watering Grass
-Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues
-Document and report maintenance activities and repair needs
-Communicate effectively with property Managers, and lead Maintenance, residents and office team
- Debris removal and light grounds maintenance
- Must have reliable transportation
-Able to drive between properties
-Auto insurance is required
-3 Years experience is a plus.
Willing to train the right person
