Position Details
Part Time Day/Evening/ Night 7am - 3pm/3pm - 11pm /11pm -7am; rotating weekends and holidays
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) oversees the care provided to our residents. This position also provides supervision to the nursing team, as well as administration of medications and treatments.
Qualifications:
- FLSA Status: H
- FTE: 1.0 = 80 hours per pay Full Time
- Holidays: Every Other Holiday
- On Call: No
- Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm
- Shift: Evenings
- Status: Full Time
- Weekends: Every Other Weekend

Qualifications:
- Active Practical Nurse licensure (in state of job location) required
- One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Active CPR certification preferred
- Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents
- Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care
- Administers medications and treatments
- Performs resident assessments
- Participates in daily resident rounding
- May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents
