Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in different weather conditions and perform manual labor tasks.

Duties:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites

- Load and unload materials and equipment

- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed

- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and installing materials

- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil

- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- use mower, trimmer, or other lawn care tools to complete the job.

Skills:

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks

- Ability to work in various weather conditions

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment

- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials

- Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to them
