Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold Maü Miami's standards of excellence.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for front-of-house operations, including guest seating, reservations, and service flow.
• Manage guest relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies, such as linens, tableware, and uniforms, and coordinate ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between front and back of house.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
• Uphold Maü Miami's brand image and values through your demeanor, appearance, and interactions with guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for every guest.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, wine pairings, and cocktail offerings.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a front-of-house or similar role, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
