We are looking for a motivated person to join our growing company. This management role is responsible for helping oversee the weekly pool service function including the pool technicians and ensuring a positive client experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in pool water chemistry, equipment, and methods in a pool company setting. Personal characteristics will require you to take initiative, multi-task, have good communications skills, work well independently and as part of a team, and have or be willing and able to develop excellent management and leadership skills.

Primary Responsibilities: (This list may not include all the duties assigned)

• Managing, leading, and training pool technicians
• Ensure quality customer service and safe and clean water
• Interacting with clients on a regular basis
• The position includes some fieldwork including minor repairs, problem-solving, cleaning green pools, training, and periodically filling in on a pool cleaning route
• Position may also involve new client and pool equipment sales.

Basic Position Requirements:

• At least 2 years of pool company experience
• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor
• Must be able to work and communicate well with team members and clients
• The ability to work independently, handle a variety of tasks, stay organized, be 100% dependable and accountable, and be friendly
• A positive attitude
• Florida driver’s license with a good driving history
• Careful attention to detail is necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
