We are seeking innovative and entrepreneurial minded students to join our 2024 Summer Internship Program as a R&D Intern in Somerset, New Jersey. And we make snacks and candy. Need we say more?

This program will provide invaluable work experience and an opportunity to develop professionally by working on meaningful projects that directly impact the company and our brands. We provide challenging opportunities to gain experience, while recognizing and rewarding achievements. In addition, you will have a direct manager, a team of colleagues to collaborate with, plus you’ll be able to connect with our community of Interns.

Qualifications

PRIMARY JOB ASSIGNMENTS AND PROJECTS

• Document technical information and prepare reports for trials.
• Perform data analysis of various processing parameter data.
• Work with the automation team to develop more data based for critical processing parameters.
• Test and define procedures and processing parameters.
• Explore and test improvements in existing products.

PRIMARY LEARNING OBECTIVES

• Learning complex manufacturing processes.
• Processing Data Analysis
• Professional trials and tests reports

Qualification

• Rising junior in college/university, pursuing Bachelors Degree
• Strong analytical ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organization skills; and, demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Self-motivated and bias for action.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Demonstrated personal and professional values.
• The ability to multitask
• Ability to work within team environments to accomplish set goals.
