We are seeking innovative and entrepreneurial minded students to join our 2024 Summer Internship Program as a Project Engineering Intern in Somerset, New Jersey. And we make snacks and candy. Need we say more?

This program will provide invaluable work experience and an opportunity to develop professionally by working on meaningful projects that directly impact the company and our brands. We provide challenging opportunities to gain experience, while recognizing and rewarding achievements. In addition, you will have a direct manager, a team of colleagues to collaborate with, plus you’ll be able to connect with our community of Interns.

Primary Assignments & Projects

1. Interact with external Vendors and contractors.
2. Work with multiple departments at plant level.
3. Monitoring overall efficiency of production lines

Qualification

1. Rising junior in college/university, pursuing Bachelors Degree 
2. 3.0 overall GPA or better.
3. Strong analytical ability.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organization skills; and, demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
5. Self-motivated and bias for action.
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
7. Demonstrated personal and professional values.
