Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and a passion for childhood development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide support to students in various educational settings
- Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management
- Support individual students with special education needs
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging learning experiences

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess some of the following skills and experiences:
- Experience working with children or students
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Previous experience in infant care, babysitting, or early childhood education is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
