Pilates Plus in Thousand Oaks is looking for knowledgeable and energetic Pilates instructors who can teach innovative and engaging classes to our members. You will be in charge of planning and leading various level classes. While we want our classes to be challenging, we place an emphasis on safety and meeting our members’ individual fitness levels and needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide variety of classes to members (usually 3-4 classes per shift)
• Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe
• Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them reach their goals
• Promote other classes offered at the studio
• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with studio policies
• Interact and assist clients
• Check Clients in

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate

• Has 1-2 years experience teaching group classes
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• A love for helping people

• Pilates
• Lagree Fitness
• Athletic Style Pilates

About Pilates Plus WV

Pilates Plus is a boutique Pilates and Fitness studio. We offer group classes as well as private sessions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certification (Required)
• AED Certification (Preferred)
