AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring a full-time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Piketon Nursing Center located in Piketon, Ohio.

Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated and compassionate indivuduals!

We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven leaders to welcome our ever-growing team! We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Nursing Home Administrator who can oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing home facility.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare administration, a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, and a passion for providing the highest level of care to our residents.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Provide leadership and management of the facility.
  • Lead day to day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state & local standards and nursing home policies.
  • Promote the optimum degree of quality care for the residents.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator License in Ohio
  • Strong morale building techniques
  • A proven track record in census and revenue growth
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Computer Savvy & Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Additional job duties and requirements as requested.
