As a Quality Assurance Inspector , you will be an integral part of our commitment to quality and precision in manufacturing aerospace components. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality assurance inspections, utilizing advanced measurement equipment like Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), and ensuring adherence to engineering drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough inspections on various aerospace components using CMM and other precision equipment. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure product compliance.
• Create and modify CMM programs for accurate inspections.
• Document inspection results, perform product acceptance/rejection, and process necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with different departments to resolve quality-related issues and maintain adherence to safety guidelines.

Desired Experience :

• Leadership abilities to mentor and train junior inspectors.
• Proficiency in communication, attention to detail, and customer focus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Compliance with company policies and guidelines, with a minimum of 10 years' hands-on inspection experience in a regulated industry.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years' experience operating a CMM, with recent experience (3-5 years) in the aerospace industry.
• Certification in Advanced Level CAD systems (CATIA and AutoCAD) is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation: $28.50 - $35.50 per hour
