PIK is looking for a part time maintenance technician / grounds keeper. This is a part time position with 10 to 20 hours per week. You can set your own days and hours to work. Must own a truck and have a valid drivers license. Note: you are reimbursed for vehicle expenses.

You would be in charge of maintaining 10 different commercial properties in the St. Cloud area. A typical day would involve maintaining the exterior of the properties, getting units ready for tenant move-ins, minor repair type work, lawn care, minor landscaping, pressure washing, etc.

• Lawn mowing
• Weed trimming
• Edging
• Maintaining landscaping
• Applying fertilizer and weed killer
• Cleaning up debris on properties
• Sweeping walkways
• Pressure washing walkways several times per year
• Minor landscaping duties
• Pot hole repairs
• Cleaning out vacant units

This position involves some physical labor and it is important that the candidate be in good physical condition. Reliability is extremely important. The properties need to be maintained once per week. Please make sure you have availability during the summer months and won't be on vacation every week. You have the ability to set your own work schedule. We would prefer Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. You will be working independently but will have access to help with a quick phone call. Note: you are reimbursed for vehicle expenses, paid per mile.
