Piercy Landscaping has been serving the Alcoa/Maryville, Tennessee area for over 10 years. We serve a wide range of customers – large, small, and everywhere in between. Whether you need a one- time cut for your home while you’re out on vacation, or you need a commercial lawncare agreement for your business or property, Piercy Landscaping can take care of it all!
What we’re looking for:
We need someone with extensive knowledge in landscaping and has leadership experience with an eye for design!
Responsibilities
- Successfully and positively lead a team
- Train and mentor crew
- Oversee jobs to ensure all safety measures are met, and that it meets customer’s and company’s satisfaction
- Perform heavy installations with water features, hardscapes including pavers, patio, and outdoor kitchens
- Operate turnkey equipment
Qualifications
- 2 Landscaping experience – REQUIRED
- 1 Leadership experience – Required
- Someone who consistently goes above and beyond
- Punctual with stellar attendance
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Has ability to navigate different personalities
- Physically able to do manual labor and all that this job requires. Our leaders are working managers and will be out in the jobs working alongside their crew.
- Clean background check with valid driver’s license
This is a full-time position! Starting pay between $23-$28.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
