Legal Billing\Payables\General Back Office

Part-time permanent position for downtown Charleston law firm. Primary duties to include helping with billing and accounts payable, filing, receiving\disbursing mail, cross-training on supply ordering. Some billing experience helpful. Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets necessary. Technology skills and troubleshooting helpful. Must be able to learn quickly and enjoy multi-tasking with an attention to detail and organization. Approx 20 hours per week with flexible schedule. Parking provided. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
