**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coordinator to join our firm. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and coordinate medical services efficiently.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage client scheduling and appointments

- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers

- Verifies if all authorizations have been obtained prior to scheduling procedures

- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

- Inform and provide patient with necessary information and instructions prior to procedure date

- Follows-up on all Canceled or No-Show Patients

**Requirements:**

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Law firm experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
