PGAL is seeking to hire a Project Manager with 8-15 years of industry experience who is interested in contributing to and thriving in a positive, mutually supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage team of in-house Engineers and sub-consultants on City, County or TxDOT PS&E highway projects or multiple small/medium projects
- Mentor and train junior staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university in engineering is required
- Strong track record of successfully managing and delivering projects for local agencies
- Strong roadway design and geometric knowledge required
- Drainage design experience desirable
- OpenRoads experience desirable
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
