Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and possess excellent time management skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer needs
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions using a cash register or Aloha POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service during peak hours

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
