Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Realtor Associate /Associate Broker to join our team. As a Realtor Associate / Associate Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling real estate. Your excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the real estate market will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties that meet client requirements
- Assist clients in viewing properties and provide detailed information about each property
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties
- Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate terms on their behalf
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the transaction process
- Ensure all required real estate administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Realtor Associate/Associate Broker and hold a current license
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to market properties effectively
- Strong negotiation skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Sales experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
