Job description
We are actively seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to become valued members of our dynamic community. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in imparting essential skills to prepare children for their next educational milestone. The primary objective is to actively contribute to fostering the mental and emotional well-being of children, facilitating a seamless transition to the subsequent stage of their educational journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop age-appropriate curricula
- Guide children in cultivating their artistic and practical capabilities through a thoughtfully designed curriculum, encompassing activities such as identifying shapes, numbers, colors, and engaging in crafts.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing regular reports to parents.
- Maintain open communication with parents to gain insights into children's backgrounds and psyches.
- Utilize a diverse range of educational techniques, including storytelling and educational play, to effectively teach children.
- Observe each child individually, offering support to enhance their social competencies and bolster self-esteem.
- Supervise children diligently, ensuring their health and safety at all times. Encourage positive interactions among children and assist in resolving occasional conflicts.
- Organize and oversee designated nap and snack hours, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow educators to create a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
- Uphold a clean and organized classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

Requirement for All Positions:
- Pre-employment physical examination
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance and immunization record
- LiveScan and clearance of criminal record

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
