Hours:5:50am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in developing and implementing quality system initiatives.
• Ensure safe, quality-focused and efficient production processes are in place and documented appropriately.
• Collect and maintain all required controlled documents, reports, etc.
• Take a proactive approach in identifying areas of safety and quality that exhibit an opportunity for improvement and develop these areas further to ensure we are at or above industry standards.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with employees at various levels within the organization.
• Participate in team meetings and communications as appropriate.
• Use of complex problem-solving to identify issues, review related information, and develop, evaluate, and implement solutions.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED required. Certificate from college or tech skill preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with others and create a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving a sit-down forklift is preferred.
• Good technical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
