JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the provision of professional therapy services in compliance with State Practice Acts, any applicable licensure/certification requirements, applicable healthcare standards, governmental laws and regulations and Piedmont Home Health policies, procedures and philosophy of care.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associates degree from an approved Physical Therapist Assistant program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
None.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current Physical Therapy Assistant license in the State of Georgia. Must possess valid Georgia drivers license.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
One (1) year of experience working in an acute or post-acute rehab environment preferred. CPR certification.
