As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator.

Position Overview:

Join our dynamic dental team as a Treatment Coordinator and play a pivotal role in ensuring our patients receive the best care with clear communication and financial guidance. The Treatment Coordinator acts as a liaison between our doctors and our valued patients, facilitating a seamless experience from initial consultation to treatment plan presentation. If you have a passion for helping patients understand their treatment options, coordinating care plans, and providing exceptional customer service, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, and associated costs to patients in a comprehensive and understandable manner.
  • Act as a liaison between the doctor and the patient, assisting in gathering necessary information during the new patient experience and coordinating treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on their dental benefits, including eligibility, limitations, and payment estimates, to facilitate financial arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient financial information and treatment plans for reference and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with dental specialist offices involved in patient care, ensuring seamless referrals and correspondence for comprehensive treatment.
  • Answer phones and assist patients with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check patients out after appointments, ensuring accurate billing and scheduling follow-up visits as needed.
  • Manage the doctor's daily schedule, optimizing efficiency and ensuring adequate time for each patient visit.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental office setting required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to patients in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in dental software systems (Dentrix preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
