```Duties```
- Perform various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette to assist customers and clients
- Provide general office support and assist with office management tasks
- Act as a personal assistant to the team by handling administrative tasks as needed

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a medical office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
