Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales, wireless sales, appliance sales, or electronics sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software applications
- Time management skills to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries
