The Overnight Grocery Lead is in charge of the 3rd shift stocking team, and the total well-being of the store from 10pm to 6am. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and maintain discipline for a team of between 2 and 7 associates per shift, while also being an efficient stocker themselves. Additional duties include facing the store, unloading trucks, and other tasks as needed.
