Sales Lead/Lead Cashier

• Day Shift Position (locations close by 5/6pm)
• $18.50/hr OT (Sales Incentives!)

As a Retail Sales Lead you will be a leader in helping your team achieve superior customer service and sales goals.

• Facilitate counter sales, cashiering and cash handling with integrity and detail.
• Ensure successful implementation of Pick-N-Pull sales promotional activity.
• Assist with the ongoing training of new and certified customer service staff.
• Help maintain the standards of all Pick-n-Pull policies and procedures.
• Must be present during all peak customer traffic periods, as in weekends, sale days, or any other occasion that would generate high customer flow into the store.
• Always be pleasant, respectful, and helpful.

Qualifications:

• Cash handling experience is required
• Customer service experience in a retail, or counter sales position is preferred, but not required
• Experience leading a team of employees is preferred, but not required
• Be able to successfully identify auto parts visually is preferred, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
