We're looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Engineering Manager to join a world-class OS Architecture team (Santa Clara, Hybrid).

This is a leading international semiconductor company building AI processors that enable data centres to perform computations for AI services on a huge scale. The team are seeing lots of market success, and you'd be representing a company worth almost half a billion USD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a fast-growing team in the development of real-time operating system components for on-card applications.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of RTOS components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of RTOS into on-card systems.
• Implement best practices in software development, including code review, testing, and documentation.
• Leverage your expertise in OS internals to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RTOS technology and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.
• Mentor and guide the team on RTOS development best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing the development of RTOS products
• In-depth understanding of processor architectures and their implications on RTOS design.
• Strong knowledge of RTOS internals and OS fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective leadership and management experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
