JOB TITLE: Requirements Analyst

DEPARTMENT: Business Development

REPORTING TO: Director, Business Development

SUMMARY:

The Piasecki Aircraft Corporation Requirements Analyst is responsible for providing requirements generation analysis of customers’ needs and determine potential solutions. Providing requirements analysis and assessment support, the Analyst will support the coordination, integration, and prioritization of capability development efforts to rapidly deliver value-added capabilities to PiAC customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively engaging with customers and stakeholders to analyze and refine information needed to develop program and system requirements
• Collecting and analyzing requirements data to synthesize and recommend solutions
• Assisting with authoring reports and recommendations
• Delivering artifacts that support establishment and execution of formal programs of record subject to the DoD 5000 series acquisition policies.
• Acting as the project expert regarding requirements development and the communication of business opportunities
• Understanding the current state and plans of the customer organization
• Identifying business needs and/or opportunities and defining solutions that meet needs, goals, or objectives
• Continual assessment of industry capabilities and best practices/solutions to ensure currency/relevancy of requirements generation support
• Performing other duties as assigned by PiAC Management

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

• Experience in JCIDS or SOFCIDS requirements generation processes and POM processes (preferably experienced with the U.S. Air Force).
• Experience with review and quality assurance of Department of Defense (DoD) compliance policies, procedures, regulatory guideline, and acquisition documents.
• Joint Professional Military Education (JPME)
• Experience working in the Department of Defense

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS / CLEARANCES:

• Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in requirements generation and administration
