Manage Planning and budgeting and procurement of required artifacts to support the Propulsion Systems’ Hardware-in-the-loop Virtual Development environment
1.Participate in all required investigation kickoff meetings and clarifications follow up meetings to understand the proposed changes.
2.Work with internal subteams to collect requirements and needs to support proposed investigations and studies.
3.Submit the roll ups for all relevant investigations/studies to Propulsion Systems program managers.
4.Identify the appropriate funds sources to use for each active programs (funding for material and resources).
5.Ensure continuity to the existing workforce by ensuring funding and POs renewals are issued on time to avoid projects disruptions.
6.Track the details of every submitted rollup, related expenditures, and current balances
7.Excellent team player and leader to interface with several cross-functional teams
8.Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal including detailed presentations to different levels of management

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Science or related BS Engineering required, Master of Science preferred
