In the Front Desk Position, you will:
Train and Supervise: Lead the training and supervision of our front-desk staff, including virtual assistants (VRs), ensuring they deliver top-notch service.
Quality Control: Take responsibility for maintaining quality control standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Schedule Management: Review and manage patient schedules weekly to ensure continuity of care and no drop-offs.
Chart Verification: Verify completion of new patient charts to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality assurance forms.
Patient Interaction: Monitor patient interactions and promptly address complaints or concerns.
Progress Notes: Assign progress notes to the team and ensure timely completion, with VR support as needed.
License Verification: Regularly verify clinicians' licenses and patient insurance eligibility.
Billing Management: Collect co-pays and patient balances weekly to maintain financial integrity.
️ IT Support: Troubleshoot IT issues, track computers, and ensure efficient functioning of essential systems. Strong Computer Skill are a must.
Inventory Management: Track inventory for braces and ensure stock levels meet patient needs.
Waitlist Management: Ensure the waitlist is operational and staff are trained.
Authorization Management: Manage authorizations for patient visits, including liaison with insurance companies and filling out necessary forms.
