JOB OPENING: MEDICAL ASSISTANT

LOCATION: 2000 West Main Street, St. Charles IL.

POSITION: Full Time / Part time

AVAILABILITY: June 2024

Possible HOURS AVAILABLE: Mon-Fri: 8am – 7pm.

Sat-Sun-Holidays: 8am – 3pm.

Job Duties:

• Skill in providing effective and compassionate nursing care, assessing patient situations and taking effective courses of action.
• Triage critically ill patient and prioritize patient care appropriately.
• Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple requests by patients, families, and physician staff.
• Ability to lift and position patients as needed
• Ability to keep area clean and maintain equipment.
• Ability to keep and maintain records.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Skill in operating a computer and be compliant with company Electronic Medical Record.
• Implement infection control procedures for the work area.
• Coordinate care between clinic and other facilities such as hospitals or physician offices.
• Telephone triage and call back for any patient related care.
• When time available, to assist as receptionist or other personnel.
• To always work as a team player.
