Physicians Choice Home Health & Hospice is currently filling a position for RN-Case Manager.

The RN will provide care to patients in their private residences, group homes, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities in the Las Vegas, NV area.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Current RN licensure in Nevada (with no discipline)
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license / auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• COVID-19 vaccination (complete series, with booster preferred)
• 2-Step TB test
• Legal authorization to work in the US

PREFERRED:

• Minimum 1 year hospice experience
