We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, managing patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office setting and possess knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with insurance billing
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar healthcare setting
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations and customer service principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
