Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to join our medical team. As an X-ray Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures on patients using X-ray equipment. Your role will be crucial in helping physicians diagnose and treat various medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for X-ray procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly
- Operate X-ray equipment to capture images of the designated body parts
- Ensure that patients are positioned accurately to obtain high-quality images
- Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and yourself
- Develop and process X-ray films or use digital imaging technology to produce diagnostic images
- Review images for clarity and quality, ensuring that all necessary anatomical structures are visible
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess and interpret images
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed

- **Additional consideration given to candidates with fluoroscopy experience**

- **This position will also perform EMG/NCV testing. Training will be provided to the chosen candidate** Travel of up to 25% to our satellite offices in RGV may be required.

Requirements:
- Valid certification as an X-ray Technician
- Knowledge of radiographic techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Proficient in positioning patients correctly for different types of X-ray procedures
- Familiarity with anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient care and safety
