Medical Assistant/Scribe
Medical Assistant/Administrative position available in Saginaw, MI at a busy medical office.
Candidate must have good medical terminology and typing skills.
Duties include a variety of office tasks including but not limited to:
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Keeping reception area and exam rooms clean
- Checking-in and checking out
- Collect co-pays
- Electronic filing, faxing, copying
- Handling a multiple line phone
- Referrals
- Pre-charting
- Insurance verification and obtaining insurance prior authorization
- Rooming Patients
- Taking patient's history and vitals and record it in the chart.
- Scribe for Dr
Position may require duties in any of the following areas: Reception, Administrative help, Medical Reception, Medical Administration, Medical scribe.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
